Full wrap vinyl wall installation
Story:
Codwell Elementary School came to us seeking a medium to visually enhance their school identity while also serving as decoration for their recently renovated building. As a school of fine arts and physical development, it was important that these unique aspects of Codwell were clearly represented in tandem with their school colors. We worked toward a final product that combines a playful elementary style with a timeless, branded design that ultimately enhances the school’s unified goals for years to come.

1st Birthday Party Favor
Story:
Attendees at Carrington’s first birthday party went home with a personalized thank-you gift full of meaning: a seed kit held inside a mini watering can with the message “watch me grow.” The gift was an expression of love that also has a practical use. We strive to find creative solutions to common occurrences, and this watering can helped Carrington’s family make a memorable statement not soon forgotten. As recipients of the gift watch their own plant grow, they will be reminded of how quickly Carrington is growing, too.

H2O Campaign
Story:
Carnegie Vanguard High School started an initiative in spring 2018 to raise awareness about the importance of water conservation. As part of their campaign to encourage students and staff to use refillable drink tumblers instead of disposable plastic bottles, they installed water refill stations throughout the building. Our participation in this project was to create graphics that would draw attention to the new water stations, educate the community about the impact of the waste they produce, and inspire onlookers to adopt more environmentally friendly habits.

TAFE 2018 apparel
Story:
The 2018 theme for the Texas Association of Future Educators was “Discover the Magic in Teaching.” A large and still growing student organization with chapters across Texas high schools, TAFE was in need of both an event apparel item and a tangible representation of what each member is so proud to be involved with. This art is the result of student involvement in the design process and speaks to an audience that will reach for this shirt years after the event and their time in the organization has ended.

Magnet fair display and promo merch
Story:
BCM Biotech Academy at Rusk is a Baylor College of Medicine affiliate magnet school we have had the privilege of working with on many occasions. They needed a way to stand out from other school representatives at a series of magnet recruitment fairs held during the autumn of each school year. This project was a multi-phase process in which we collaborated with their magnet coordinator to design a classic, easy to carry, and curriculum-relevant tabletop display. We also assisted them in designing promotional products, print media, and a table throw that all support each other visually to form a complete promotional outreach package and strengthen the school’s brand identity at each fair they visited.

Acrylic Wall Installation
Story:
In 2016, North Houston Early College High School (NHECHS) opened the doors to their newly constructed school building for the first time. The school had previously been a campus comprised of portable buildings and the move to a permanent state-of-the-art facility was a community effort. We collaborated with NHECHS to design different wall and window displays that would brighten up their new space and foster school spirit while establishing a school identity through repeated use of geometric designs using their school colors. This acrylic piece incorporated elements of each design to tie everything together at the school entrance. The text “Your Tomorrow Starts Today” serves to inspire all who walk into the school, especially the many students who are there to earn their associate’s degree and launch their educational career.
